How to add a new signature

To add a new signature, open a document, tap the Signature button in the main toolbar, and then tap '+'.

You can choose between scanning your signature, importing it from your Photos, or drawing it on the screen. Drawing is faster, but scanning it will ensure that you get a very realistic signature similar to your usual one.
